摘要
目的:观察运用周仲瑛教授"癌毒"理论治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法:选用60例食管癌患者,随机分为观察组30例,采用根据周仲瑛教授"癌毒"理论组方的消癌解毒方口服配合三维适形放疗;对照组30例,采用单纯行三维适形放疗,未服用中药,两组治疗时间均为30~33 d。治疗前后分别进行两组患者近期疗效、不良反应、卡氏评分、症状评分及肿瘤指标比较分析。结果:研究发现根据周仲瑛教授"癌毒"理论组方的消癌解毒方可以减轻放疗造成的骨髓抑制所导致的白细胞和红细胞降低,可以减轻胸骨后不适感及异物感、胸闷、疼痛、吞咽困难、声音嘶哑、体质量减轻、进食减少及肺部罗音等近期症状,可以明显降低肿瘤指标CA199和CA724(P<0.01),提高生活质量。结论:中药消癌解毒方治疗食管癌可提高放疗患者的生活质量,减轻不良反应。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Professor ZHOU Zhongying5 theory of cancer toxin treating esophageal carcinoma. Methods ： A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group. Thirty cases were treated with Xiaoai Jiedu Decoction according to Professor ZHOU Zhongying＇s theory combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and continued until the end of radiotherapy. And the control group＇ s 30 cases were only treated with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Before and after treatment, the short - term curative effect, adverse reaction, Kanofskv score,symptom score and tumor index were detected in the two groups. Results：Xiaoai Jiedu Decoction according to Professor ZHOU Zhongying＇s theory of cancer toxin can relieve the radiation adverse reaction as white blood cells and red blood cells reducing caused by bone marrow inhibition, reduce recent symptoms such as the sternal discomfort feeling, tightness in the chest, pain, dysphagia, hoarseness, weight loss, eating reducing and the lung rales, significantly reduce tumor markers CA199 and CA724 （ P 〈 0.01 ） and improve the quality of life. Conclusion ： Xiaoai Jiedu Decoction according to Professor ZHOU Zhongying＇s theory of cancer toxin treating esophageal carcinoma can improve the quality of life and reduce the toxic adverse effects of radiotherapy.
