摘要
2015年7月,中央党的群团工作会议在北京召开,全国各级群团组织改革拉开序幕。上海作为地方群团改革试点单位之一很快启动了试点工作,上海共青团改革也随即紧锣密鼓地展开。对上海共青团而言,这是按照中央和市委要求所开展的一场深刻的自我革新,也是共青团组织进一步建机制、强功能,转变工作职能、工作方式和工作作风的有力探索,对共青团事业长远健康发展具有深远意义。无论从理论还是实务的层面都具有很大的研究价值。本文从扁平化视角,对上海共青团改革进行研究分析,并提出对策建议。
