摘要
本研究旨在探讨刚入学新生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为大学期间开展学生心理素质教育、提高日后学业成就提供依据。调查对象为2013年某重点医科大学1300名新生,在入学前随学生录取通知单寄发问卷,新生注册时收回有效问卷1248份(96.04%)。结果显示城镇户口学生的心理健康状态显著优于农村学生,非独生子女的心理健康状态明显优于独生子女,性别和父母状态对学生心理健康的影响并不明显。该研究结果指出新入学学生的心理健康水平和其家庭状态及个人情况有关系,高等院校应该根据大学新生的具体情况安排教辅政策,促进大学生心理健康发展。
In order to investigate the psychological health of college freshman and its associated factors in China's Mainland, so as to inform for guiding mental health promotion education and improving academic achievements, we investigated 1300 freshman in a certain medical University via a questionnaire. Non-parameter analysis was performed based on 1248 valid questionnaire, and results showed that the freshmen from urban areas had better emotional health than those from rural areas. Those with siblings had better psychological health than one-child family. Gender and status of parents did not affect the psychological health in this study. In conclusion, students' characteristics should be considered for University to take reasonable actions to promote the development of physical and psychological health of students.
