摘要
当前,我国中小学法治教育的现状并不理想,存在对普法宣传与法治教育认识错位,法治教育定位不明确,教师少、专业化水平低,教材现实性、针对性不强等问题。深化中小学法治教育改革,应将法治教育纳入国民教育体系,进入国家课程和地方课程,独立开设法治教育课程,统筹相关课程的教学内容,强化宪法知识教育,加强法治教育师资队伍建设,整合社会相关资源,加强法治教育教研,加大法治教育财政经费保障,健全法治教育督导评估机制。
The state quo of law-related education in primary and secondary schools in China is not ideal. There is wrong understanding to law popularization and law-related education, and the position is ambiguous as well. Teachers are of a low professional level and the number is small. Moreover, teaching materials are not practical and pertinent enough. To deepen the reform of law-related education in primary and secondary schools, law-related education should be incorporated into the national education system: bringing it into national and local curricula, offering law-related education as an independent course, coordinating the teaching contents of related courses, intensifying education of constitutional knowledge, strengthening the construction of teaching faculty, integrating related social resources, promoting teaching and research, increasing financial budget in law-related education, and perfecting its supervision and evaluation mechanism.
