摘要
安全预警团队中隐性知识流动与转化是提升团队核心竞争力的关键。首先介绍地铁施工安全预警团队的构成,分析其适宜隐性知识流动与转化的特点;其次从技能和认识方面阐释地铁施工安全预警团队中的隐性知识;最后提出师徒制模式下的隐性知识流动、环境与激励及转化的具体方法和过程。
Tacit knowledge f lowing and converting in the safety early-warning team is the key to improve the team's core competitiveness. Firstly,the paper introduces the composition of metro construction safety earlywarning team,and analyzes the characteristics of tacit knowledge fl ow and converting. Then,elaborates the tacit knowledge of metro construction safety early-warning team from the aspects of the skills and understanding. Finally,proposes the specifi c method and process of tacit knowledge fl owing under master-apprentice mode,environment and incentive of tacit knowledge fl owing,tacit knowledge converting.
