摘要
目的:通过对我院收治的高血压患者进行心脏B超检查,总结检查结果阳性率,探讨心脏B超诊断高血压性心脏病的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的高血压性心脏病的患者100例,均行心脏B超检查,将检查结果记录并与心电图检查结果进行对比,总结分析检查结果。结果:心脏B超诊断100例高血压心脏病患者左室壁增厚52例,左室扩大25例,诊断阳性率74%;100例患者心脏B超检查阳性率明显高于心电图检查阳性率(60%),P<0.05。结论:心脏彩超诊断高血压心脏病阳性率高,诊断准确率明显高于心电图,具有较高的临床应用价值。临床应用心脏B超诊断时,结合患者高血压病史、症状、心电图等其它辅助检查可以进一步提高诊断准确性。
Objective： Through the heart of hypertensive patients in our hospital were examined by B ultrasound, Sum up the positive rate of the test results, to explore the application value of cardiac uhrasonography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease. Methods ： 100 cases of hypertensive heart disease in our hospital were selected, all of the heart were examined by ultrasonography, the results were recorded and compared with the results of ECG examination, summarize and analyze the results of the analysis. Results： 52 cases of left ventricular wall thickening in 100 patients with hypertensive heart disease by cardiac ultrasonography, left ventricular enlargement in 25 cases, the positive rate of diagnosis was 74%; the positive rate of B ultrasound examination in 100 patients was significantly higher than the positive rate of ECG examination （60%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Heart color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of high blood pressure heart rate, the diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than that of ECG, has high clinical application value. Clinical application of cardiac B ultrasound diagnosis, combined with the history of hypertension, symptoms, ECG and other auxiliary examination can further improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
