两种准分子激光屈光手术对角膜上皮细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

The influence of corneal epithelial cell apoptosis due to two different excimer laser corneal refractive surgeries

摘要 目的 比较机械法角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(Epi-LASIK)与准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)对角膜上皮细胞凋亡的影响.方法 两种手术共50例(100只眼),取手术中弃除的角膜上皮瓣,用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况,并分析其差异有无统计学意义.结果 LASEK组比Epi-LASIK组的角膜上皮细胞早期凋亡的数量多,差异有统计学意义(t=7.860,P=0.000).两组术式的坏死细胞数量对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.274,P=0.953).结论 LASEK比Epi-LASIK的角膜上皮细胞早期凋亡的数量多,预计LASEK比Epi-LASIK术后屈光回退明显;Epi-LSAIK比LASEK角膜上皮活性细胞的数量多,可以认为Epi-LSAIK术后保留角膜上皮、减少屈光回退.两组角膜上皮坏死细胞的数量差异无统计学意义. Objective To compare the influence on corneal epithelial cell apoptosis after EpiLASIK and LASEK.Methods The abandoned corneal epithelium of 100 eyes of 50 cases with Epi-LASIK and LASEK were collected.The corneal epithelial cell apoptosis were observed with Flow cytometry and analyze.Results The difference was statistically in the early apoptotic cell number both of two surgical methods are significant (t =7.860,P =0.000).The early apoptotic cell number of LASEK was higher.The difference in dead cell necrotic number was not statistically significant between Epi-LASIK and LASEK (t =0.274,P =0.953).Conclusion Early apoptotic number of corneal epithelial cells of LASEK was higher than that of Epi-LASIK.Refractive regression of LASEK has expected that was more significantly than that of Epi-LASIK.The difference in number of corneal epithelial cells between LASEK and Epi-LASIK are not statistically significant.
