摘要
分析了屏蔽泵的结构及典型故障,提出了屏蔽泵故障的振动检测方法。在分析屏蔽泵故障振动特征的基础上,获取了屏蔽泵故障的振动识别方法。最后,在屏蔽泵故障模拟试验中,对真实振动信号进行检测与分析。分析结果表明,通过振动检测和分析,能实现屏蔽泵故障的有效识别。
The structure and typical fault of canned motor pump was firstly analyzed and then the vi- bration monitoring method of canned motor pump fault was proposed in this paper. Secondly, the vibration identification method of canned motor pump fault was obtained on the basis of analyzing vibration charac- teristics of canned motor pump fault. In the end, the real vibration signal in fault simulation experiment was detected and analyzed. The analysis result showed that the fault of canned motor pump can be identi- fied efficaciously by vibration detection and analysis.
