基于ANSYS的烧结机台车机械和热应力分析

摘要 为了对烧结机台车设计进行校核和验证,在ANSYS环境下对台车进行机械和热应力分析研究,确定了实际工况下台车的受力危险位置,并对梁上表面温度和所载矿物质量进行了敏感性分析,得出了台车各受力危险位置对这2个重要参数的敏感性程度,为台车的改进设计和优化提供了参考。 In order to check and verify the design of the pallet of the sintering machine, the mechanical and thermal stress analysis on the pallet was carried out in ANSYS, and then the stress state and dangerous positions of the pallet in actual operation mode were determined. In addition, sensitivity analysis on the temperature of beam surface and the weight of loaded mineral were conducted, and the sensitivity of the stress dangerous position on the two important parameters was analyzed. The study offered reference for the design optimization of the pallet.
