摘要 为研究面齿轮传动扭转振动抑制方法,依据齿轮腹板附加弹性阻尼结构的思路,提出了一种附加弹性块面齿轮,运用材料力学方法推导了弹性块扭转刚度和相关结构参数的计算公式;建立了附加弹性块面齿轮传动的扭转振动模型,运用数值分析方法研究了弹性块扭转刚度、阻尼比系数、平均啮合刚度以及负载对面齿轮传动动载系数的影响。结果表明,在不同工况条件下,合理设计弹性块的结构参数可有效降低面齿轮传动的动载。 In order to study the suppression method of face gear drive torsion vibration, according to the ideas of gear web with addi- tional elastic damping structure, an additional elastic block face gear is presented. The calculation formulas of the elastic block torsion stiffness and the related structure parameters are deduced from the material mechanics method. The torsion vibration model is estab- lished, in this model, the elastic block is considered as the spring damping structure which is elastic but without inertia. Then, the effects of the torsion stiffness and damping ratioof the elastic block, average meshing stiffness and load on the dynamic load coefficient of the face gear drive are analyzed by the numerical analysis method. The results show that under different working conditions, the rea- sonable design of the elastic block structure parameters can be used to effectively reduce the dynamic load of the system.
