摘要
阐述了如何使用C#语言编程实现Telnet协议，阐述了如何应用Telnet协议进行网络设备监测软件的设计开发、获取网络设备端口状态信息及实现报警功能，从而达到对网络设备实时监测的目的。
Describe that how to use C# language programming to realize Telnet protocol and how to apply Telnet protocol to develop network equipment monitor software, acquire network equipment ter- minal status information and realize alarm function, therefore, to achieve the purpose of real-time moni- toring.
