摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定三参软肝丸中山奈素含量的方法。方法:采用Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52∶48)为流动相;流速1.0m L·min^(-1);检测波长367nm。结果:山奈素进样量在0.0675~1.080μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.82%,RSD=1.09%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确度高、可用于三参软肝丸中山奈素含量的控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of kaempferol in sanshenruanganwan. Method： The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）was used, methanol-0.4%Phosphoric acid solution（52∶48） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 367 nm,the flow rate was 1.0m L·min^-1.Results： The kaempferol have a good tincar rolatim in the range of0.0675 ~1.080μg（r =0.9999）,the average recovery was 98.82% and RSD =1.09%（n =6）. Conolusion： The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of sanshenruanganwan.
