摘要
工况排放分析仪是进行机动车尾气排放检测的重要设备,需要定期对其进行校准。线性化校准是工况排放分析仪校准项目之一,通过选取分析仪的某个量程,从零至满量程选取多个点进行测量标定,绘制标定曲线,使得最终分析仪在满量程内各点的测量结果均符合要求,以保证分析仪测量的准确性和可靠性。
Exhaust emission analyzer is an important equipment for motor vehicle emissions testing which is required periodically calibrated. Linearization calibration is one of the exhaust emission analyzer calibration items. The operation was that one range of the analyzer was seleeted, from zern to its full range, muhiple points were selected to make measurement calibration, a c.alibration curve was plotted so thai the final measurement results on the full scale of the analyzer are in line with the requirements to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analyzer measurement.
