摘要
通过对《黄帝内经》及临床文献中对针刺疗程论述的回顾,总结出影响针刺疗程的主要因素,即在其安全治疗前提下与疾病的病因、病程、病位、脉象、医者的操作,以及选择的针刺方法等有直接关系,通过对多种因素的结合才能对针灸临床科研中针刺疗程进行更合理的界定,为量化针刺提供理论依据。
This article reviews about the course of acupuncture treatment from Canon of Internal Medicine and clinical literature , sum up the main factors influencing course of acupuncture treatment. In the premise of safety treatment to declare the treatment has a direct relationship with the cause of disease, the course of the disease, disease location, pulse condition, physician, acupuncture methods. Only through the combination of a variety of factors can make a more reasonable definition of acupuncture treatment in clinical research, and to provide a theoretical basis for quantitative acupuncture.
