摘要
党员领导干部民主生活会制度,是解决领导班子及班子成员自身问题、加强党内民主监督、提高领导干部思想水平和党性修养的有效途径。各级领导班子要开门纳谏做好会前准备、要坦诚以待开展批评与自我批评、要从严从细抓好整改落实,切实提高领导班子执政能力,增强领导班子团结干事能力。
Implementation of democratic life meeting system in CPC members and leaders is an efficient way of solving the issues of leading group and its members, strengthening democratic supervision in the CPC and improving their ideological level and cultivation in Party spirit. Leading groups at all levels should accept opinions and advices from all sides before the meeting, conduct criticism and self--criticism in a frank way at the meeting, and focus on rectification seriously and strictlyafter the meeting in hope to raise their governing capacity.
