摘要
随着油田进入注水开发后期,油井出砂加剧,致使抽油泵失效频发。根据抽油泵的工作原理,分析抽油泵固定阀失效原因,认为地层出砂、地面脏物进入泵筒沉积及固体颗粒运动磨蚀是造成普通抽油泵固定阀失效的主要原因。在现场,根据井况分别采用增加固定阀沉砂罩沉砂空间、侧吸沉砂固定阀总成以及可掺水侧吸沉砂固定阀总成等三种固定阀沉砂技术进行防砂,取得了较好的效果。
Oil--well pump loses efficiency frequently because of severe well sanding while the oilfield enters later stage of waterflooding. Through analyzing fixed--valve failure cause of oil--well pump based on its working theory, it is believed that formation sand flow, ground dirt depositing inside the pump cylinder and solid particles motion abrasion are the main factors. According to well conditions, three fixed--valve sand setting technologies have been effectively used respectively to prevent sand production.
