摘要
在管道发生事故工况时,管道安全保护系统是管道输送整体安全受控的主要保障,在保护过程中该系统能够自动触发并执行,不需人工干预,可大大降低管道事故引发的次生灾害。常用的管道安全保护措施包括水击超前保护、进出站泄压保护、自动压力越站保护、压力超限保护、紧急停车保护等。针对兰郑长成品油管道,通过离线仿真软件计算得出设计输量下全线水力坡降。在中间泵站用泵情况下,10 s内采取水击超前保护程序,管道全线不会超压,三门峡分输泵站压力越站,实现管道降量输送,管道输量为1 223 m^3/h。在末站罐前阀门误关断时,郑州站关闭信号发出后,10 s内采取水击超前保护程序,管道全线需停输才不会超压。目前管道安全保护设计依托SCADA系统,已经越来越智能化,并形成了一套成熟、完整的系统工程。
Pipeline safety protection system is the main guarantee For the entirety safety oFthe pipe system in the condition of accident. The process triggers and executes automatically, without manual in- tervention, which greatly reduces the secondary disasters caused by pipeline accidents. The common methods of safety protection For long distance pipelines includes water hammer advanced protection, Inlet/outlet pressure relief protection, automatically pressure pass-by station, pressure overrun protection and ESD system. And with the specific example of the Lan-Zheng-Chang product oil pipeline, the off-line simulation software has calculated the whole pipe hydraulic gradient in design condition. Supposing the booster pump station malfunctions shut down when the flow rate is 1 223 m^3/h, then the surge pre-protection program can executive within 10 seconds, the pressure limit of the pipe will not be broken and Sanmenxia distribution& pump station can automatically pressure pass-by to reduce the flux. When the valve of terminal station before tanks doses in misoperation then the signal of Zhengzhou station closure be sent, the surge pre-protection program can execute within 10 seconds, eventually the whole pipeline has to be shutdown and there will not be overpressure. Based on SCADA system, the pipeline safety system is more and more intelligent and evolve to be a suit of mature and prefect system projects.
