摘要
预应力管桩以桩身强度高、承载力高、穿透力强、施工方便、节能环保等优点,在公路、铁路、市政等工程中得到广泛应用。以中化泉州铁路专用线石化站软基处理为研究对象,在收集相关地质勘查资料的基础上,查明沿线软土分布特性及成因,从预应力管桩的单桩承载力及沉降计算、方案设计、施工效果分析三方面探讨预应力管桩在铁路软土地基处理中的应用。结果表明:预应力管桩在铁路软土地基处理中能达到良好的预期效果。
Relying on its excellent features such as high strength, high bearing capacity, strong penetration power, convenient construction, energy saving, environmental protection, etc. the prestressed pipe pile is widely used in highway, railway, municipal and other projects. This paper uses the soft foundation treatment of the special railway line of Sinopec Quanzhou as a study object, and identifies the distribution characteristics and causes of soft soil along the line by collection of geological exploration data, and discusses the application of the prestressed pipe pile on railway soft soil foundation in three aspects such as bearing capacity and settlement calculation of single pile, design plan, construction effect analysis. The results show that the prestressed pipe pile can achieve good expect in the treatment of railway soft soil foundation.
