摘要
结核病(Tuberculosis,TB)是一种人兽共患的慢性消耗性传染病,该病感染宿主广泛,可以交互传染,很难根绝。近年来野外和圈养野生动物的结核病疫情呈现增高的趋势,不但造成重大经济损失,而且影响到公共卫生安全。野生动物的结核病主要是由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)和牛分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium bovis)所引发,其感染宿主谱很广,并具有或潜在具有传播给人类的能力。因此,建立快速准确的结核病检测方法意义重大。现在较为广泛使用的结核病检测方法主要分为3大类,分别是细菌学检测、免疫学检测以及分子生物学诊断,但是这些检测方法仍存在许多问题。目前对于野生动物结核病检测迫切需要新的快速、灵敏、特异的动物结核病诊断方法。本文就现行的检测技术研究进展作一简要概括。
Tuberculosis(TB) is a progressive wasting disease which is a zoonosis.In recent years,the frequency of TB epidemics in wild and captive wildlife has been increasing due to the infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis.This disease has caused enormous economic loss and affects human public health over the long-term because of the potential risks of the transmission of the disease to humans.The rapid and accurate detection of TB is important.Based on our literature review,contemporary TB testing technologies include microbiological detection,immunological assay,and molecular biological diagnosis.However,because there are stillsome problems with these methods,new rapid,sensitive and specific animal TB diagnosis methods are needed.This paper briefly summarizes the progress of TB diagnosis and quarantine technologies.
