摘要
利用CFD软件建立了缸内直喷(GDI)发动机的缸内分层燃烧过程三维模型,并通过仿真计算研究了喷油时刻与点火时刻对GDI发动机分层燃烧过程的影响,采用示功图验证的方法对比了实验结果与模拟结果,证明两者具有较好的一致性。通过对比不同喷油与点火相位对分层燃烧过程及排放的影响,得出了文中给定工况下相对最佳的喷油、点火相位。本文方法也适用于标定其他工况下的最佳喷油相位及点火相位。
In this paper,a 3DCFD model of the combustion process inside the cylinder of GDI engine is established and simulation is carried out to analyze the effects of the injection phase and ignition phase on the stratified charge combustion of the engine.The method of indicator diagram is adopted to compare the experimental results with the simulation results,which are in good consistence.By comparing the effects of the injection phase and ignition phase on the stratified charge combustion process and emission,the best fuel injection phase and ignition phase are obtained under specified condition.The method can also be used to calibrate the best injection phase and ignition under other conditions.
