摘要
为解决PLC自动测试系统中对PLC进行功能测试时灵敏度和实时性较差的问题,提出了一种基于以太网通信FPGA控制的程控电阻模块的设计,并详细阐述了基于2的N次方算法程控电阻的整个设计过程。通过上位机控制软件,能够自动地实现电阻值的切换,满足PLC控制器测试系统的要求。
To solve the problems in the PLC controller automation test system of poor real-time and sensitivity,this paper proposed the design of programmable resistor control module based on FPGA and Ethernet communication.Based on N-th power of 2algorithm,the design process of programmed resistance was described in detail.Using the PC control software can automatically switch the resistance value,to meet the requirements of PLC automation test system.
