摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC的Accu-Roll轧管机高速数据采集系统的建立方法,通过西门子SIMATIC Prodave 6.2与VB 6.0编程,成功实现了将轧管机实时数据存入数据库的功能,并对轧管机数据采集系统的应用前景提出了多种可能。
This paper introduces a method of establishing an Accu-Roll mill high-speed data acquisition system.The acquired data is stored into database in real-time by using SIMATIC Prodave 6.2and VB 6.0successfully.Finally,the possible applications of this system is proposed.
