摘要
对照《教育部高校哲学社会科学学报名栏建设实施方案》,我们看到,名栏建设的总体目标无疑已经全面达成,引流、汇聚了全国范围内相关的专业学者,建设了一批特色鲜明的品牌栏目,在一些学科或某些重大问题研究领域推出了一批高质量、高品位、有代表性的优秀成果。同时,也形成了一支专业化的高效编辑团队,培育了一批学术新人,在办刊理念、办刊机制方面实现了一定程度的创新,为高校学报向特色化、专业化和品牌化方向转型发展提供了示范效应。在高校学报已经从谋"生存"向谋发展过渡的今天,为了实现名栏建设的可持续发展,还应该不断提升栏目的辐射力、影响力和传播力,并利用互联网思维,不断提升学术成果的转化力。
According to "The Implementation Plan by the Ministry of Education about the Construction of Celebrated Columns in University Journals of Philosophy and Social Sciences ",the purpose of constructing celebrated columns in university journals has been clearly established. It directs and gathers together related professional scholars around the country,constructs a series of brand columns with distinguished characteristics,and produces a series of high-quality,new-taste,and representative academic achievements in some disciplines and in the studies of some major problems. At the same time,a team of professional and effective editors have been cultivated with many new editors,who have innovated the concepts and mechanism of running journals,thus providing models for the transformation of university journals to their characterization,professionalization and brand establishment. Today,university journals have got over from the stage of struggling "to exist"to the stage of striving for development. In order to make a sustainable development,it is necessary to increase the radiation intensity,the impact and the publicity of celebrated columns,and to increase the transformation of academic achievements by making good use of cyber-thinking.
