摘要
目的:探讨肠造口患者进行康复护理的临床效果。方法:收集某院2015年2月~2016年2月肠造口患者82例,将这82例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有41例患者,对对照组进行常规护理,对观察组在进行常规护理的基础上(方法与对照组患者相同),进行康复护理。护理结束后比较两组患者护理前后生活质量的评分、心理能力的评分及社会能力的评分。结果:在护理前,两组患者生活质量的评分、心理能力的评分及社会能力的评分相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在护理后,两组患者生活质量的评分、心理能力的评分及社会能力的评分均较护理前有明显的提高,其中观察组患者护理后生活质量的评分、心理能力的评分及社会能力的评分均明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:护理后护理及并发症的防治。结论:对肠造口患者进行康复护理可有效地提高其生活质量、心理能力及社会能力,此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing of colostomy patients.Methods：82patients with colostomy treated in a hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing（control group and patients with the same method）.After the nursing,compared the life quality score,mental ability score and social competence score of two groups.Results：Before nursing,the life quality score,mental ability score and social competence score of two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the life quality score,mental ability score and social competence score of two groups were significantly improved,and after the nursing,the life quality score,mental ability score and social competence score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,which the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing on patients with enterostomy can effectively improve the quality of life,mental ability social ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
