摘要
为了优选南方地区番茄优质、节水的高效模式,研究了避雨环境下不同灌排方式对番茄品质的影响。结果表明:相对于其他处理,无避雨措施的处理(T1)的番茄品质较差。相同暗管埋深下,充分灌水处理的品质指标元素含量显著低于各亏缺灌溉处理,其中,T6、T10灌水量最少的2个处理的可溶性糖分别比对照高35.18%、38.93%;相同灌水下限的灌排处理,暗管埋深越深,品质指标元素总体含量表现为越多,但对可溶性固体物含量的影响不显著。利用主成分分析法对不同控水处理的番茄品质进行评价,结果表明:T4与T8的综合主成分的得分最高,是能够得到节水、优质的优选方案。
In order to optimize good-quality and water-saving tomato cultivation mode in Southern China,the author studied the influence of different irrigation and drainage modes on the fruit quality of tomato under rain-shelter condition. The results showed that tomato quality in the check T1(without rain-shelter measure) was poorer than that in other treatments. Under the condition of the same concealed drainage conduit depth,the element content in tomato fruits in the treatment of full irrigation was significantly lower than that in the deficit irrigation treatments,and the soluble sugar content in the least irrigation treatments T6 and T10was 35.18% and 38.93% higher than that in the check,respectively. Under the condition of the same irrigation lower limit,the element content generally increased with the increase in concealed drainage conduit depth,but concealed drainage conduit depth had no significant impact on the soluble solid content. The tomato quality in different irrigation and drainage treatments was evaluated by using principal component analysis(PCA),and the results indicated that the treatments T4 and T8obtained the highest score of comprehensive principal component,and they were the optimum modes for the good-quality and water-saving cultivation of tomato.
