摘要 对于高压断路器灭弧室动态流场的数值计算,往往采用动网格技术进行模拟,目前众多涉及动网格的流场模拟计算都采用Ansys Fluent来完成的。相比之下,Ansys CFX具有较广泛的应用范围和诸多优点,能够解决前者的诸多不足,但其缺点是不能直接解决涉及较大变形的动网格计算。文中针对此不足,基于UX和Ansys CFX两款商业软件,通过对它们进行二次开发,得到了一种适用于动态流场计算程序;通过对某高压断路器灭弧室实际流场进行动态计算,验证了该方法的可行性和准确性。该方法在一定程度上解决了Ansys CFX软件在处理具有较大变形的动态流场计算中不足,补充了动态流场计算的实现平台。 The numerical simulation of dynamic flow field in arc extinguishing chamber of high voltage circmt breaker often use dynamic mesh technique for simulation, and a large number of flow field simulations with dynamic mesh technique are completed by Ansys Fluent. Compared with Ansys Fluent, Ansys CFX also has compre- hensive application and many other advantages over the former, but it cannot perform the dynamic mesh calculation with large deformation. Therefore, secondary development of UX and Ansys CFX are conducted in this study to obtain a calculation program which is suitable for dynamic flow field. This program is adopted to simulate the dynamic flow field in the arc extinguishing chamber in an actual high voltage circuit breaker, and the result veri-fies the feasibility and accuracy of the present method. This method can overcome the disadvantage of software Ansys CFX to a certain extent in calculating dynamic flow field with large deformation, complementing the im- plementation platform of dynamic flow field calculation.
