摘要
设计质量管理是EPC总承包项目管理的重要组成部分。本文结合化工总承包项目设计管理的特点,阐述了总承包项目设计质量控制的重要性及设计质量问题的主要表现。从人员、管理方面介绍了影响设计质量的因素,对设计过程中各主要阶段存在的质量问题进行了详细的原因分析,并提出了加强设计质量管理的措施,为设计质量管理工作提供一定的参考。
Design quality management was an important part of EPC general contracting project management. Based on characteristics of chemical general contracting project design management, this paper expounded the importance of design quality control of general contracting project and the main problems of design quality. From aspects of personnel and management, it introduced the factors which affected the quality of design and analyzed quality issues existed in several main stages of the design process in detail, put forward the measures to strengthen management of design quality, to provide references for management of design quality.
