埋地管道周围环境温度对掺水系统能耗的影响

摘要 通过对掺水集输系统中埋地输油管线的周围温度场进行模拟,发现管线中输送的油品散热的多少与管线周围环境温度的大小密切相关,环境温度是影响掺水温度、掺水量及系统能耗的重要因素。本文对不同环境温度下系统的能耗及在保证最低的回油温度,系统所需的掺水量进行计算,以分析管道周围环境温度对掺水系统的能耗、及某一掺水温度下系统的最小掺水量的影响。 By roans of simulating ambient temperature field around the buried oil pipeline, discovering that the heat dissipation of the oil transported in the pipeline is related to temperature around the buried oil pipeline, the ambient temperature is an important parameter to the temperature of water - blended and the consumption of water - blended. This article analysis the affection of the ambient temperature around the buried oil pipeline to the energy consumption of the water - blended crude transportation system and the the consumption of water - blended at some temperature by calculating the energy consumption of the water - blended crude transportation system and the the consumption of water - blended at the lowest temperature.
