摘要
以某煤矿的粉煤和工业半焦颗粒为原料,进行了低温流化干馏试验。就干馏温度、干馏稳定时间和汽提操作等因素对粉煤低温流化干馏过程的影响进行了详细的考察,并从理论上进行了分析。为粉煤低温流化干馏提出了适宜的操作条件和模式。
The fine coal from a coal mine and industrial semi coke particles was tested as raw material in the low - temperature fluidized dry distillation experiment. The experiment studied the effects of temperature, stabilization time, stipping operation condition and other factors on low - temperature fluidized dry distillation process of fine coal in detail, and analyzed theoretically. We present appropriate condition and operation mode for low - temperature fluidized dry distillation process of fine coal.
