摘要
为了对全厂级故障源检测方法的研究,需要构建一个接近实际工厂的全厂数学模型。HDA过程包含了化工厂中常见的元件,具有较多的物料循环和能量循环,是一个典型的化工厂模型。在以HDA模型为核心的化工厂模型上试验故障源检测方法,可以暴露出很多单回路故障源检测方法的不足,有助于全厂级故障源检测方法的研究。
For the study of source of plantwide fault detection method,need to build a mathematical model that is close to the actual factory.HDA process contains common elements in a chemical plant,with more material circulation and energy circulation,is a typical chemical plant model.Test failure source detection method in chemical plant model that use HDA model as core,can expose a lot of in sufficience of single circuit fault source detection method,and helps the plantwide fault source detection method research.
