摘要
期刊评价一直是有争议的研究热点,文章提出了窗口分析框架下基于松弛变量测度(Slacks-based Measure,SBM)模型计算期刊的引证效率,分析了2006—2014年18种CSSCI检索的图情期刊引证效率的相对变化,并给出了相应的改善途径。研究显示:新模型使18种期刊得到了更精确的序化;2006—2014年期间,图书情报类期刊SBM效率整体低于径向模型,期刊间的引证效率分值具有较明显的差异,期刊普遍存在来源文献量投入冗余,影响因子与即年指标产出不足的情形,各种期刊都存在改进空间。
Journal evaluation has always been a controversial and research hot spot. This paper proposes to compute journal ci- tation efficiency by using Slacks-based measure (SBM) model in window analysis framework. The paper analyzes the citation effi- ciency changes of 18 kinds of journals in the field of library and information science (LIS) retrieved by CSSCI from 2006 to 2014 and gives corresponding improving approaches. Results indicate that the new model makes these 18 kinds of journals get more accu- rate ordering. From 2006 to 2014, SBM efficiency of LIS journals is generally lower than their radial model. There are great differ- ences in the citation effieiencies of different journals. Journals have some general problems such as input redundancy of the amount of literature sources, insufficient output of impact factors and immediacy index. All kinds of journals have room for improvement.
