摘要
采用会话分析的方法对门诊医患共享决策进行研究,发现医患共享决策的促进因素包括医生尊重患者选择偏好、医生为患者提供选择机会、患者具有较强的临床参与意识,限制因素包括患者不信任医生、患者缺乏专业知识和技能以及其他因素。
With conversation analysis, this paper studies the shared decision making between doctors and patients in clinics： It is found that such factors promote the shared decision as doctor＇s respect for patient＇s preference, doctor＇s offering patients option for choice and patient＇s having a stronger sense of participation in clinical decision ; and the limiting factors include patients＂ distrust in doctors, patient＇s shortage of medical knowledge and so on.
