The Green Office Buildings According to People Oriented and Local Conditions——Taking the Comprehensive Business Building at Zhuhai Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an Example

摘要 本文以港珠澳大桥珠海口岸综合业务楼为例,分析了项目的节地设计、外围护设计、自然采光通风设计、立体绿化设计、遮阳设计等绿色设计策略。笔者认为以人为本的空间营造仍然是绿色建筑的基本前提,因地制宜的技术选用是绿色建筑的成败关键。 Taking the comprehensive business building example, this paper in Zhuhai Port as analyzed the green design strategy in this project, such as land-saving design, envelope design, natural lighting and ventilation design, vertical planting design, architectural shading design. It points out that, people oriented space construction is still the precondition of green building, applicable green technology is the key for green building.
