中药鼻腔灌洗对非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎术后的临床疗效 被引量:11

Effect of nasal irrigation with Chinese medicine on postoperative patients with non-invasive fungal rhino-sinusitis

摘要 目的观察非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎术后使用中药鼻腔灌洗治疗的临床疗效。方法将确诊为非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者90例随机分为三组,分别是对照组、西药组、中药组,每组各30例,鼻内窥镜术后分别给予生理盐水、5%碳酸氢钠溶液、中药制剂灌洗治疗,观察各组间术腔清洁时间、术腔上皮化时间,视觉模拟量表评分和Lund-Kennedy评分以及术后复发率。结果三组间术腔清洁时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药组上皮化时间明显缩短(P<0.05),西药组和中药组术后视觉模拟量表评分和Lund-Kennedy评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),各组术后6个月复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎术后中药鼻腔灌洗能促进术腔上皮化形成,降低复发率,值得推广。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal irrigation with Chinese medicine on postoperative patients with non-invasive fungal rhino-sinusitis.Methods 90 cases of non-invasive fungal rhino-sinusitis after nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group,western medicine group or Chinese medicine group(n=30),and were given nasal irrigation with normal saline,5%sodium bicarbonate solution or Chinese medicine respectively after endoscopic sinus surgery.Then the time to cleaning and epithelialization,visal anglog scale(VAS),Lund-Kennedy score and recurrence rate in the three groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the time to cleaning among the three groups(P〈0.05).The time to epithelialization in Chinese medicine group was obviously shorter than that in the other two groups(P〈0.05).The VAS and Lund-Kennedy score in control group were obviously higher than those in the other groups(P〈0.05).The recurrence rate in Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than those in the other groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nasal irrigation with Chinese medicine after nasal endoscopic surgery can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate.
