摘要
介绍了涂料行业清洁化生产的重要性,分析了影响涂料行业清洁生产程度的主要因素。结合生产实践,从生产原辅料的调整、生产工艺改进、加快生产设备更新和维护、改变涂料产品结构、废弃物循环利用等多个方面提出了改善涂料行业清洁化生产程度的建议。
The importance of cleaner production in coatings industry was introduced in this article, and the main influencing factors of cleaner production in coatings industry were analyzed. Combined with production practice, a lot of suggestions were put forward to improve the degree of cleaner production in coatings industry, such as changing the raw materials, improvement of production process, renewal and maintenance of equipments, structural optimization on coating products, recycling of waste materials, and so on.
