摘要
青少年学生的膳食营养与其成长和发育密切相关。对比分析发现,国内外青少年学生膳食营养均出现不平衡现象,主要体现在膳食结构、膳食分配、膳食模式、膳食习惯四个方面。重视青少年学生的膳食平衡,刻不容缓,势在必行。
The dietary nutrition of adolescent students is closely related to their growing and development. By contrastive analysis,it was found that unbalanced dietary nutrition appeared in adolescent students at home and abroad,which was embodied from dietary structure,dietary distribution,dietary patterns and dietary habits. It is urgent and imperative to attach importance to the balanced diet of adolescent students.
