摘要
通过马来酸酐、烯丙基聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯磺酸钠为基体原料,采用水溶液聚合得到接枝共聚型高分子分散剂水溶液,是一种针对镨黄色料的陶瓷墨水分散剂水溶液。通过实验,调整单体比例和配方中各影响因素最终合成分散剂,并测试了该分散剂对镨黄粒子的分散效果,主要研究研磨时间、静置时间等对所合成分散剂的分散效果影响。
Using maleic anhydride and allyl polyethylene glycol, sodium methylacrylsulfonate as matrix material, polymerization and graft copolymerization type polymer dispersaent in aqueous solution by aqueous solution is a kind of ceramic ink for praseodymium yellow pigment dispersing agent in aqueous solution. Through the experiment, the influence factors of adjusting the proportion of monomers and formula in the final synthesis of dispersant, and tested the dispersion effect of praseodymium yellow particle agent, mainly studies the grinding time and holding time on the synthesis of dispersant effect.
