摘要
系统分析了准能公司选煤厂成本管控工作中存在的问题,对近年来成本管控工作做了探索性总结分析,对不同企业更好地完善成本管控体系具有借鉴意义。
This article analyzes the existed problems of cost control work in Zhunneng company coal preparation plant, carries out the summary analysis on cost control work in recent years, which has reference for perfecting cost control system in different enterprises.
