摘要
应用响应面分析法对亚氯酸钠湿法脱硝工艺中NaClO_2浓度、温度和p H进行优化。根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计原理,利用三因素三水平的响应面分析法确定最佳脱硝工艺,以NO去除率(%)为指标,得出NaClO_2湿法脱硝工艺最佳条件为:p H为4.3,温度为50℃,NaClO_2浓度为0.025 mol/L。该条件下脱硝效率预测值为99.029 4%,实验脱硝效率为99.108 3%,该方法可很好地应用在NaClO_2湿法脱硝工艺中。
To approach an optimal removal of NO by sodium chlorite in a wet denitrification process,the concentration of sodium chlorite,p H and the reaction temperature are optimized. The method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels is adopted according to the Box-Benhnken center-united experimental design principles. The results show that with the removal of NO as an index,the optimum conditions for wet denitrification process by using NaClO_2 are as follows: 4. 3 of p H,50℃ of reaction temperature and 0. 025 mol / L of the concentration of NaClO_2. Under the optimal condition,the predicted removal of NO is 99. 029 4%,in good agreement with the experimental value( 99. 108 3%). It indicates that this method can be applied in the process.
