摘要
为了探索不同梨品种果实的石细胞差异,以硕丰梨、玉露香梨、巴梨为试材,测定了3个品种梨果实石细胞含量、石细胞团的分布、石细胞团的大小与密度等指标。结果表明,石细胞含量由高到低依次为硕丰梨>玉露香梨>巴梨,果实不同部位石细胞含量由高到低依次为近果心>近果皮>果肉中部;同一品种的梨果,果实较小的梨果石细胞含量更高。间苯三酚-盐酸染色结果显示,石细胞团主要分布在果心处,且呈现出辐射状由果心向果肉中延伸,分布特点是近果心>近果皮>果肉中部。近果心处石细胞分布密度由高到低依次为硕丰梨>玉露香梨>巴梨。研究结果可为改善梨果实品质奠定基础。
To explore the difference of stone cell,'Yuluxiang' pear,Bartlett pear and 'Shuofeng' pear were chose as the research object,the paper mainly measured the indexes of the stone cell content,the distribution of stone cell and the density and size of stone cell.The results showed that the order(from higher to lower) of the stone cell content in different pear varieties was 'Shuofeng1 pear 'Yuluxiang' pear Bartlett pear.The order(from higher to lower) of the stone cell content in different parts was core region peel region middle part.The smaller pear had a higher content of stone cell in one variety.The result of Wiesner reaction showed that the group of stone cells mainly distributed in the core,and showed a radiation shape from the core to the pulp extends.The distribution characteristics was the stone cells in the core the stone cells near the pear peel the stone cells in the middle flesh.The density distribution of the stone cell in the core parts was 'Shuofeng' pear 'Yuluxiang' pear Bartlett pear.This research laid the foundation for improving the quality of pear fruit
