摘要
目的:调查台州市医院护士精神薪酬满意度和行为目标达成度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用中文版护士精神薪酬满意度问卷和护士行为目标达成度评价量表对浙江省台州地区5家三级医院653名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士行为目标达成度总分为(152.18±14.68)分。护士行为目标达成度各维度与来至护士长和来至医生的精神薪酬满意度均显著正相关(P<0.05)。精神薪酬满意度为护士行为目标达成度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护士行为目标达成度处于较低水平,护理管理者可从提高护士精神薪酬满意度角度提高其行为目标达成度。
Objective: To investigate the state quo of psychological reward satisfaction and performance goal attainment of nurses in Taizhou, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods :Total 653 nurses in 5 hospitals of Taizhou were recruited and interviewed by the Chinese version of Psychological Reward Satisfaction Scale and nurse's performance for goal attainment scale. Results:The score of nurse's performance for goal attainment was ( 152.18± 14.68). The score of each dimensions of nurse's performance for goal attainment was significantly positively related to the scores of psychological reward satisfaction came from head nurse and doctor(P〈0.05).The psychological reward satisfaction was the influencing factor of nurse's performance for goal attainment. Conclusion: The nurse's performance for goal attainment was in low level. The nursing managers could improve the level of nurse "s performance for goal attainment by improving their psychological reward satisfaction.
