摘要
目的:了解北京市听力障碍者选择和使用助听器的态度及影响因素,为有关部门采取干预措施提供依据。方法:采用分层抽样方法对北京市310名听力障碍者选择和使用助听器的态度进行问卷调查。结果:听力障碍者对所使用助听器持较积极肯定的态度,助听器使用认知的影响因素为听力损失、助听器使用类型,助听器使用情感的影响因素为助听器使用类型、使用满意度,助听器使用行为倾向的影响因素为使用满意度。结论:有关部门应针对影响助听器选择和使用的因素采取干预措施,提高听力障碍者助听器使用率,进而改善其生活质量。
Objective： To understand the attitude and influencing factors of selection, usage of hearing aids among heating impaired people in Beijing and provide the basis for pertinent departments to formulate relevant measures. Methods： Stratified sampiing method was used to recruit 310 hearing impaired people as questionnaire investigation subjects in Beijing. Results： Hearing impaired people held a more positive attitude for their usage of the hearing aids. The influencing factors of hearing aids＂ usage cognition were hearing loss and types of heating aids. The influencing factors of hearing aids＇ usage affection were types of hearing aids and usage satisfaction. The influencing factors of heating aids＇ usage behavior tendency was usage satisfaction. Conclusion： The pertinent departments should take measures to improve heating aids＇ usage rate according to the influencing factors, thereby improve the life quality of impaired people.
