摘要
目的介绍一种医院制剂清肺止嗽颗粒的制备工艺、质量控制标准及临床疗效。方法根据清热解毒、消炎化痰的原则拟定了处方，并制备成颗粒剂。结果本院自制的清肺止嗽颗粒剂符合《中国药典》颗粒剂的各项有关规定，主要有效成分可用薄层色谱法鉴别确认；临床于上呼吸道感染者，治愈率可达40．00％，好转率达39．17％，总有效率为79．17％，暂未出现临床不良反应。结论清肺止嗽颗粒组方科学，制备方法简便，质量有效可控，临床效果良好，无不良反应，具备推广开发应用价值。
Objective To introduce the preparation technology, quality control standard, and clinical curative effect of Qingfeizhisou granule, a preparation made by our hospital. Methods According to the principles of heat-clearing and detoxicating and anti-inflammatory and resolving phlegm, the prescription was prepared and prepared into granules. Results The hospital-made Qingfeizhisou granules accorded with the relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and its main active ingredients can be identified by thin layer chromatography. The clinical cure rate of upper respiratory tract infection was 40.00%, the improvement rate was 39.17%, the total effective rate was 79.17%, and no adverse clinical reactions were reported. Conclusion Qingfeizhisou granule is a scientifically designed preparation and has good quality, good clinical effect, and no adverse reactions, so it deserves further study.
