摘要
在医疗业和畜牧养殖业中,抗生素被大量的使用,然而长期以来,大量的畜牧类和制药废水排放到水环境中。这些抗生素中的绝大部分不能被人体和动物完全吸收,据统计有高达80%以上的抗生素以原药或者代谢产物的形式进入到水体环境中,从而对水环境造成污染。这些进入水体环境中的抗生素的归趋及其对水体环境的潜在危害越来越受到国内外学者们的关注,本文就水体环境中抗生素的种类、来源、在水体环境中的迁移转化及其毒理效应等方面进行了综述,以期为水体环境的污染防治及修复提供依据。
