干休所高龄人群骨质疏松防治探讨

The prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in elderly population of retired cadres

摘要 目的探讨健康教育干预对干休所高龄人群骨质疏松患者的防治效果。方法选取某军队干休所2014年1月~2016年1月于卫生所就诊的136例高龄男性骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按所在社区分为2组。对照组64例,仅发放骨质疏松防治手册、饮食防治骨质疏松宣传资料、骨质疏松的认识等宣传资料自行学习;观察组72例,进行有关骨质疏松的健康教育干预。随访12个月,观察比较两组患者的骨质疏松认知水平得分及骨密度数据变化。结果两组患者健康教育干预前知识问卷得分平均分差异无统计学意义(t=O.121,P〉O.05)。健康教育后,观察组患者知识问卷得分平均分较对照组有较大改善,差异有统计学意义(t=13.342,P〈0.05)。两组患者健康教育干预前腰椎骨密度、髋骨密度、血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶及25-羟基维生素D3结果差异无统计学意义(t=O.543,0.234,0.348,0.677,0.280,P均〉0.05)。健康教育后,观察组患者各实验室检查结果较对照组均有较大改善,差异有统计学意义(t=17.980,16.990,14.879,14.442,13.776,P均〈0.05)。结论健康教育干预对干休所高龄骨质疏松症患者具有良好的效果和积极的意义。 Objective To explore the prevention effect of health education intervention toosteoporosis in the elderly population of retired cadres. Methods 136 eases of senile male patients with osteoporosis cured in the health- center from January 2014 to January 2016were selected as the study objects.According to the community, they were divided into 2 groups. 64 eases were divided into control group, andthey were only handed out issuance of osteoporosis prevention manual, diet prevention and treatment of osteoporosis publicity materials, osteoporosis awareness and other promotional materials to learn. 72 cases were divided into observation group,and they were treated with related osteoporosis health education intervention. During the follow-up period of 12 months, the scores of osteoporosis and bone mineral density data in the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention of health education (t=0.121, P 〉 0.05). After health education, compared with the control group, the average score of the observation group was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.342, P 〈 0.05). There were no statistical significance between the two groups of patients before health education intervention on lumbar bone mineral density, bone mineral density, serum osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxy vitamin Dz(t=0.543,0.234,0.348,0.677,0.280, P 〉 0.05). After health education, compared with the control group, patients in the observation group were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.980, 16.990,14.879,14.442,13.776, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Health education intervention has good effect and positive significance for patients with osteoporosis in elderly retired cadres.
