摘要
随着我国老龄化社会的到来,健康养老产业迅速发展,老年人药膳保健成为社会需求。本文通过分析社会老龄化现状,老年人体质特点,讨论在各级医疗部门、各级社区养老机构及各类健康管理机构发展和推广老人适宜药膳保健的必要性及有效途径。探讨在高职院校设置老年药膳保健模块课程,为社会培养专业的药膳服务人才,建议设置药膳指导师和药膳制作师职业工种并进行制度化,规范化管理,从而促进老年药膳保健服务的发展。
With the arrival of the aging society in our country,the health care industry was developing rapidly,and elder medicine accommodation heahhcare in health care industry became social demand.By analyzing the current situation of the aging society,the characteristics of the elderly,to discuss the development and promotion of elder medicine accommodation heahhcare in all levels in medical departments at all levels,all levels of community care institutions,and all kinds of health management,and to set the elderly health dietary module in the courses in higher vocational colleges to cultivate the professional talents for social service diet.It was recommended to set the mentor production division and medicated diet occupation and institutionalized with standardized management to promote the development of health services for the elderly.
