摘要
目的探讨院前急救抢救急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年12月～2015年12月诊治的急性心肌梗死患者80例，根据救治方案分为两组，对照组患者39例由家属自行送至医院抢救，观察组患者41例实施院前急救和转运途中安全管理，比较两组患者治疗情况、预后情况、并发症及救治满意度。结果观察组患者发病至救治时间、溶栓时间、住院时间明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者疼痛缓解时间明显早于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者预后情况明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈O．05）。观察组患者救治满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论院前急救和转运途中安全管理有助于改善急性心肌梗死患者的预后状况，疗效显著，值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pre-hospital emergency in treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction cured in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015were selected,and they were divided into two groups by treatment plan.39 cases received rescue from their families to hospital were divided into control group.41 cases received pre-hospital emergency and transit safety management were divided into observation group.Treatment,prognosis,complications,satisfacti on were compared between two groups. Results Onset to treatment time,thrombolysis time,hospitalization time in observation group were significantly less than those in control group （P 〈 O.05）.Pain relief time in observation group was significantly earlier than that in control group（P 〈 O.05）.Prognosis in observation group was significantly better than that in control gronp（P 〈 0.05）.Complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）.Treatment satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency and transit safety management are helpful to improve prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.They have significant effect, and they are worth of clinical application.
