摘要
本文从楚雄师范学院小学教育专业师资职前音乐素养培养体系入手,结合课题组对边疆少数民族地区小学教师音乐素养状况的调查,分析了当前西南边疆民族地区小学教育专业师资职前音乐素养培养存在的问题和原因。进而根据"应用型"本科办学的理念及目标,提出了以"应用"、"能力"为核心的小学教育专业师资职前音乐素养培养的目标和方向。结合教学实践,从教学理念、课程内容及目标的设计、教学方法、构建多层次实践教学平台和改革考核评价方式等五个方面,论述了小学教育专业师资职前音乐素养培养模式改革和调整的思考与实践。
Departing from the pre - teaching musicianship cultivation system of Chuxiong Normal University (CNU) , the paper presents a survey of the authors on current status of the primary school music teachers of the frontier areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups, followed by their analysis of the problems and their underlying reasons of musicianship cultivation. The paper then proceeds to apply the idea and objectives of bringing up application -ready graduates to the establishment of "application" and "competence" as the core of normal education of primary school music teachers. The paper, while keeping teaching practice in consideration, also presents the authors' reflections and practice regarding pre - teaching musicianship cultivation mode reform for primary school teachers from five perspectives: teaching ideas, design of curriculum and teaching objectives, teaching methods, construction of multi -layer teaching practice platform and reform evaluation methods.
