摘要
随着患者就医体验在提升医疗服务质量中作用的不断提升,医院管理者越来越重视对患者就医体验的收集与应用,特别是公立医院在医疗改革中承担着推进公益性、提升百姓就医体验的重要使命。本文以某三甲公立医院"以缺陷暴露为目的的报告式就医体验"的调研实践作为研究基础,总结"信息收集、数据分析、结果运用"中每一环节的有效实施方法。
With the increase of the significance of patients' treatment experiences in improving the quality of medical service, hospital managers paid more and more attention to the collection and application of patients' treatment experiences. In particular, public hospitals undertake the mission of pushing forward the public welfare and promoting the patients' treatment experiences in medical reform. This paper concluded the effective implement methods in every detail of information collection, data analysis and results application on the basis of a practical research of self-reported treatment experience for the purpose of defects exposure by a tertiary grade A public hospital.
