摘要
现代冶金企业设备管理者在进行备件信息化管理以及企业设备管理ERP设计时,常常需要一种数学方法将备件的关键程度量化,使备件的关键度能成为具体数据作为现代企业设备信息化管理中可以参考的决策依据。以层次分析方法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)为基本指导思想,以某冶金企业厂矿的电气设备专业备件日常管理工作为实例,设计了一个备件关键程度评估模型;确立了关于AHP应用在备件关键度评估问题中的具体算法、公式;并将实际企业生产数据带入算法,利用数学软件MATLAB进行编程计算,最终得到与实际备件管理工作经验和历史数据相符的结论,验证了此备件关键度AHP评估体系与算法的可行性。
When metallurgical equipment managers in modern enterprises conduct management informationization of spare parts and ERP( Enterprise Resource Planning) design,a mathematical method is usually required to quantify critical degree of spare parts. Thus,critical degree of spare parts is transformed into specific data that can be taken as a referential decision basis in equipment management informationization of modern enterprises. Taking the daily management of professional spare parts of electrical equipment in factories and mines in a metallurgical enterprise as an example,this paper developed an evaluation model for critical degree of spare parts using AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process). Then,specific algorithm and formula for applying AHP in critical degree evaluation of spare parts were determined,and the actual production data from the enterprise were introduced to the algorithm. Finally,the data were conducted programming calculation using mathematical software MATLAB. The results show that practical experiences in spare parts management are in agreement with historical data. The feasibility of AHP based evaluation system and algorithm for critical degree of spare parts was thus validated.
